Back in July I deposited $500 on SBG Global for a Baseball bet and won my wager. After the win, I requested an immediate withdrawal since I was looking for the one n done. After requesting my cash out, a representative from SBG informed me my original deposit would be credited back to my card and the remaining money would be WU. That was fine with me since they had previously done this for me. A few days later I received my WU withdrawal but no signs of the refund to my card.
Long story short, It's been 3 months, 15 phone calls, countless emails with bank statements proofing I never received the refund etc etc. The managers keep promising that it will be posted in my account in the next couple business. Ive heard that about 10 times and on the most recent phone call they put a $50 dollar free play in my account and told me sorry for the delay... like wtf!!
Just wondering if there is anything I can do. I have seen in the past either covers or SBR Forum have gone to bat for people, but idk if that's still the case or not. It's not even about the $500 at this point, it's just principle.
Any suggestions?
