So I sent the required paper work in today because other than this I have had good dealing with Heritage..However, I logged onto Chat with them and asked them to check to make sure the paper work got there (I faxed it) and 'Johnny' told me that it was too busy that he couldnt check for me.
Wow..ive been with them since BetJamaica folded and now im thinking of jumping ship. Ive been loyal to them exclusively and am a busy bettor. I just dont think customer service should "be too busy to check" on something for me...especially considering i was sending paper work they have lost twice already.

had all types of occasions where stuff like this happened to me for a good month or two straight which is why I jumped ship awhile back and never looked. I'm sure Heritage supporters will bash me for saying it though. They did always pay though. Just thought the customer service went way down over time.

Ive posted this because this last Chat with them was not the first time Customer Service acted this way. I really couldnt believe he told me that he was too busy to check. I replied back "Are you serious?" and never got a reply.
Since ive been with them I havent had any probs but this past week has really changed my mind on them.

My secondary was always Gtbets the old (VIP sports) even when I was using Heritage. But after I started experiencing all those problems I made Gtbets my primary and haven't looked back or had one problem with them. Very solid.

Funny we were in the exact same boat. I played at VIP sports for years and loved them and also started playing with Bet Jam which I also loved. I only ended up at Heritage when Bet Jam went down because I was automatically transferred over.

Use Western Union next time. Trying to deposit money via credit card to a ANY sportsbook is not too bright nowadays thanks to banks getting overly involved.

I have been with Heritage since before Greek turned over that account and I have not been asked once for ID or anything else for that matter for a deposit or withdrawal. I however don't use credit or debit cards. That could be part of the problem.
