Best in the business. I had a slight paper work problem......with a deposit. Turned out to be my fault. Took longer than it should. Customer service rep threw me a free play for the aggravation.

Even though the screw-up was 98% my fault. I obviously did not ask for it. Guy just threw me a bone.

Moneygram is the best payout option Ive come across. Request by 10AM......usually there by 4-5 PM. Same day.

If you are looking for a new out........I do not hesitate to recommend Heritage.

Any book that doesn't take US players is not a legit book.  I inquired about opening an account and they said they were done in the US because the government has made it too difficult and costly.  You know what that tells me?   They are a small time operation that will more than likely be out of business within a year or so.  That whole invite only thing is crap, they've tried to make their book sound like a real exclusive place to bet, but that's all smoke and mirrors.  The truth is, other than a catchy name and good looking website, this place MUST be a weak operation.

As someone who is beyond frustrated that certain books stop taking U.S. customers, this is utterly ridiculous. How is pinnacle doing? Matchbook? Betfair? They're all doing just fine without us.

I'm with the last poster, the previous comment from soonabooma is sour grapes. I have an account with Heritage (and am based in the U.S.) and love the services they provide. Have always been paid and the perks — especially if you bet often — are fantastic. If they don't want to accept future U.S. customers, that's their decision.

To say that Heritage is a small operation because of their position on U.S. clients is hilarious, and proves you're an idiot. Just look at the books rangerz mentioned: all of them left the U.S. and are doing just fine. I'm sure some of us would go through hoops (some probably have) to have Pinny again.

Find another book and quit bitching. It makes you look like an idiot.

I am with another book son.  I bet on Bovada and it's top notch.  I've checked out plenty of other books, and I'm pretty sure that it's gonna be hard to find another book better, although they don't get the line out as early as Bookmaker or 5Dimes, but overall, you can't beat Bovada.  You always want to have accounts with at least 2-3 books.  I use Bovada mostly and Bookmaker sometimes,  but I'm always looking for others.

And my point on Heritage is.....if they've gotten to the point where they are not accepting any new US clients, then they absolutely cannot be that great.  Sorry, but it's true, it's not sour grapes, it's just a fact, and I made sure to tell them that.  I could care less about Heritage because Bovada is where it's at.  But just don't tell me they're so great, because like I said, any book that has to cease doing business in the US, is a book that's more than likely just two seconds away from being out of business at any given time.  Sorry, that's just the way it is with books like your little heritage.....cute name though, I'll give em that.

And by the way, that silly little sign up page they have that talks about invite only, it's not fooling anybody.  They're a wannabe sportsbook, I could tell from the start.

You are so ignorant to the industry as a whole it's not even funny. You support bovada which is the definition of a recreational book (one that kicks out professionals), yet you diss the most respected book in the industry in pinnacle, saying "any book" that doesn't take U.S. customers will be out of business.

You are utterly clueless about the industry.

Not really son.  I just go by what I see.  And for somebody who lives in New Jersey, you sure seem to know a lot about books that don't accept US players.  You probably joined those guys back in the stone ages, which means you have way too much time on your hands. Trust me, there's a reason why those books are not doing business here anymore, and it's not because they are the most respected.  By the way, Pinnacle used big time gimmicks to grow their customer base.  But you probably don't believe that, right?  Silly you.

Personally I could care less about heritage. They lowered my limits (like bovada did) so I really have no reason to support them. I just can't even contemplate you defending bovada and knocking the books you do. But then again, you sound like the furthest thing from a professional gambler so you shouldn't have any issues with bovada.

I never said I was a professional gambler but I do well, I can promise you that much. I like the books that allow me to handle my business, and that's why I say bovada is solid and heritage is not. Why would I ever give props to a book that I can't even bet on? You can claim what you want about those other books, but I nailed it....heritage is out of the US for a reason, and it's not because they're too cool to deal with the hassle, it's because they're lower on the totem poll than fools like you want to admit. I may not be a pro, but I know this much....if I can't get on heritage because they took their ball and went home, then they're nothing special.

You dont appear to be as ridiculous as our village idiot above. However, unless your soley betting props and nothing else, this statement is BS. We cant forget, your one of those 3 players that was trolling these forums for players to send to 18th shithole for the 50% free play cookie. That by itself speaks volumes to what your about. Last year wasnt my best year, but LT I'm up on them and have never been limited. Would rank them in top 3 for security of funds and wagering options.

If Bovada "handles" you, I can assure you heritage would welcome you with open arms. Anybody who wins consistently on bovada is lowered, period.

Well, that's a lot of non-sense. I will give you that.
