Heritage vs 5dimes

I have been saying this for months that 5dimes was in financial trouble and I see post after post about bad checks, and have had several bounce from them myself. Then there was the nightmare situation where they made a lot of people wait a month for withdrawals into there accounts. Now people are having issues with Western Union payouts. Their customer service is pathetic and the general manager is an ass. A winning wager graded 12 hours after the event ends is considered being paid early. They are truly a joke. They may have a few more betting options than Heritage but Heritage continues to add more and more options and they grade quickly and pay as quickly as any book out there.

Now to focus on Heritage's positives. They have a great customer service department where you can understand all of the reps and they go out of their way to help you resolve any issues. I also contact them via live chat and they always try to help the customer. When you deposit via WU or MG it is credited to your account as fast as I have seen and that includes the Greek and Betjam when they took US action. They offer an 8% bonus on any deposits with a 4 time rollover but have no time limit on how long the money must stay in the account after a bonus like 5dimes 30 day rule even after meeting the rollover requirements. They have a cash back program which they pay quarterly and the funds are your with no rollover required. You can withdraw it that day if you wish.There are a number of other benefits to playing with Heritage but I will end on this story. 5dimes once gave me a name to send a WU which I sent it to about 2 hours later. When they finally answered the phone they told me that name is on a list so I need to call WU and change the name and location. After confirming the spelling twice I send it and it took me 3+ hours of trying to reach there CS and no one answering. Finally I called wagering and told them my problem and they got someone from CS to take the call. They then tell me they were sorry for not giving me the correct spelling on the name. There was supposed to be SS at the end of the name instead of S, so they told me to call WU and get it fixed. After a major hassle with WU it was changed but another 2+ hours went by before CS would answer the phone and only because I called wagering again.

Today I got receiver info from Heritage and sent a WU. I wrote the name down as Alfredo and sent it but when I called it was supposed to be Alffredo. They told me they will work it out an 15 minutes later my account was credited.

Heritage is by far the best book for US players beyond a doubt.

no doubt heritage is a great book, my only issue w them when i used them before was their lack of tennis, boxing, and mma lines, and if they did have them were unable to parlay them, has this changed? do they have tennis? and not just the grand slams but year round, lines, handicaps and totals?

Yes, they have tennis lines on all ATP and WTA events but not Challenger Series. Tennis plays can be parlayed with any sport or together. The have all of the boxing and MMA lines but not all of those are available to parlay. It has so many wagering options now compared with just a year ago.

I have also seen handicaps like o/u, games, sets in regular tourney finals.  They also offer cash rebate not only on losses but on all wagers made every quarter. They offer a number of free tournaments as well.  I know I get paid by Heritage and not so sure about some others.

If a US player then MG, WU, Cashiers Check, I don&#x27;t believe the take credit cards from US Players. I know they have additional methods for those not in the US.

Damn, now I am a little nervous about depositing this week, however I withdrew $2500 2 weeks ago and $750 last week. Had the control number the next day and got it with no problems. I may have just jinxed myself

Heritage has a really wide set vagina.  Will start limiting players not after they win, but merely if they survive long enough without losing s ton.  They also deal dual lines.  Enjoy.
