Searched Vanzak, he has too many posts cannot find it. I want to know this as well. They have the best lines but told me they do not accept from US.

That's the link to the thread. It is 21 pages long so you will have to find exactly where vanzack talks about it but its in there. I was able to find in another thread where someone asked the same thing and here is what van said. I believe he goes into more detail about each of these in that thread I linked but you will have to find it.
"You need:
1. A credit account. OR 2. A foreign street address, a foreign bank account, and a foreign IP address - preferably all in the same location.
They will surely geolocate the IP address.
A somewhat simple but potentially costly (about 75 bucks a month) solution is a private VPN from a gaming friendly country, but the IP has to match the account address, and so does the banking info.
Add it up, see if it is worth it to you to get pinny, mb, and betfair."
