Hello all, I was hoping someone could shed some light onto this situation for me. I currently am trying to cash out a little over 5K. I have been getting the run around about sending out a check, etc etc and haven't been able to reason with them for about a month now. I am now thinking to just charge back my deposits (about 800 ) and say screw them and just take it elsewhere.
Here is my concern, I have cashed out witht his book in the past (not nearly as much as over 5K) and I got the money just fine. I know when my bank initates a chargeback they hit the processor that was used (in this case multiple processors). How much will the book fight this considering I have cashed out from them before? I know they have a copy of my ID and CC bc I had to send that in before to be eligible for cash out. Will they see me trying to do a chargeback and go ahead and pay me? Or when the bank will initially credit me my money back... will the book fight this and the bank then take the money back out of my account? If so, will I proceed to get in trouble from the bank for this? Or since it is all offshore is there much that the book/processor can or will do to fight this? I'm not sure if it happens a lot to them or anything.. but I either want my winnings or my money back.
I know by doing so I will probably be blacklisted from online books, which is fine because I am going to start going through a local guy that I know, so that doesn't concern me. I know the book will probably blow up my phone repeatedly regarding this.
In talking to my bank, they said they communicate witht he processor in writing. They mail them something and if they do not hear back for X amount of time, then they win the case(is what the rep stated to me). If they win the case... do they just charge the processor for the amount of money that I charged back and the processor has to be? Does the processor then take this up with the book or is the processor the one that's screwed? I got ahold of one of the processors and they told me they were located in France..
I know this is a lot of questions so any insight would be helpful to me. Thanks a lot

Just chargeback. Yeah you will be blacklisted as far as CC but still be able to deposit with other books thru MG or WU. Your bank should let you charge it back. Just play dumb about the charges. You don't recognize them etc. Just be sure the book isnt going to pay you at all. BOL
