Is Betonline a scam? Need Help Please-Payout ?????

Hi. I recently switched over to betonline and tried to make a payout request but ran into some problems.  I made the intial deposit with my visa debit/credit card.  I was told for a payout I had to fax in my ID and a copy of the card that the deposit was made with. My problem is that the card that was used for the deposit was lost and replaced in between the deposit and the payout request. It is all the same account just different card numbers. I emailed betonline and a rep told me to send my ID, car insurance bill for proof, and proof of the deposit. I send a copy of my bank statement with the date and amount of deposit as well as the name of the transaction. I did have yet to get a reply. I was told that upper management was reviewing my case and that the documents I provided should be good enough. It has now been a month and I have tried emailing several times and no response. Is betonline.com reliable and if so any suggestions on what I should do. Thank you.

They have paid me many times, but it generally takes the better part of a month. At this point though, the entire industry is a bit sketchy.

Been paid $2200 last month by MG and Check.   Got my MG control number in about a business day.  Not a scam but u do have to go through hoops your first payout.  After that it will be easy as pie

I received a payout from them via Bank Wire in 3 business days.  Not a scam at all.....one of the best outs for US Players in my opinion.  Always fax in your documents at time of deposit....we've all learned the hard way like you.  As soon as you deposit write to them and ask what you need to fax in for future withdrawals.....saves LOTS of time.

Thanks a bunch guys. They just aren't responding to my emails and they don't have a phone number for payouts. Any suggestions?

Just use cash on deposit and you would not have the issues.  why are people still using debit and credit cards . its just that more of a hassle when you want money back.   

Are you for real dude?  They have a number for payouts and live chat.  If you can't find their number and attempt live chat it's no surprise you cant get a payout.

 Hi. I would advise anyone and everyone not to deposit money with BETONLINE.This company is one BIG CON and will do just about anything but send you a cheque with your winnings or for that matter any money that you have deposited. First they tell you to roll your money over. Then when you try to withdraw  they want a fax with ID and a copy of the card that the deposit was made with and lots of other personal details. I sent my details to betonline about 3 times and had evidence as I had read receipts on them. Then they moved the goal posts again saying that the money needed to be rolled over yet again. I have not had one payment back from BETONLINE and its now running into about FIVE MONTHS. You can always reach someone on live chat but these guys just keep passing you on to the next shift. PURE CON

i have been using betonline and i have no trouble. i have made two withdrawels of 400.00 and 700.00 . i use western union to receive my money.

yes there a scam. my first deposit with them was a small one i deposited fifty dollars, they took the money and it never went to my account. i called customer service and they actually hung up more than once so steer clear of them
