Not a bad book at all. Service is good 90% of the time. A few times a year they offer 100% bonuses like right now but normally its 10-20%. Payouts are as good or slightly better than any other book. This review goes for all the CRIS brand books. They include BetDSI,Bookmaker,BetCRIS,and now JustBet/UCABet.

i like betdsi. one of the best thing that i like about what they quote is a 15 day turnaround time from the time that you request a withdrawal. The last time i got an explanation as to why it can go as high as that many days is because of some holiday period, but i have always known better. My thinking is that if you're winning too much or acting like an assshole, etc they can basically slow pay you anytime they want knowing that the quote is 15 days or is it 15 business days? If you request a withdrawal in the morning monday through friday, you can expect to receive the funds on the 3rd day for the most part.
But all comes to worse, the 15 day time period is the seed that is planted. And it's a great seed to plant for betdsi because you cannot complain to anyone about being slow paid. assuming that it is indeed 15 business days, that's 3 weeks that you are guaranteed to get paid and that's ok because at least you are getting paid.
5dimes to me is also good but there's some complaints about their customer service and how the manager there named tony williams have acted sometimes. I honestly think that whenever i hear tony williams acting like an assshole to someone, they probably deserve it. I am a firm believer in attitude. people who don't know how to be respectful and courteous don't know how to watch their back and that's sad. In other words, no matter how bad you know that you are right, never insist on it. any big corporation can make a mistake, there is a way to let them know in a kind way.
the only issue i've heard of from betdsi/bookmaker which are both basically the same company came from regarding checks issued. But this to me doesn't have as much merit because i would have to place blame on the check vendors/online gambling industry with respect to the usa. betdsi having their own handle on this forum also does help. and it's not like the betdsi handle here is getting complaints like bodog becky did a few years ago for bodog so it's my opinion that betdsi is really doing well.
i am still considering to seriously move to las vegas, but betdsi/bookmaker to me would be the next best thing for an american sports bettor. Love the in-game betting as well as the debit mastercard for withdrawals too for betdsi/bookmaker

They have a 100% match bonus (free play) available right now up to $300.
The thing I like about them is that they get their lines up early in the week (next week's NFL and CFB up on Monday night for most games. That is great along with you can parlay NFL quarters.
They have a bonus program and deposits are easy as long as you only try WU or MG...anything else and it is bit more of a hassle than elsewhere. Needless to say...payouts are trustworthy and that topic is covered above.
Also have to put in a word for their software which is easier to use than most.

on monday morning, august 26th earlier this week, i requested a western union withdrawal. turns out i got an email the next day around 4pm pacific that the tracking number was ready for me to pick up the money. When i went to the western union location, they told me that i was not able to pick up the money because the format and spelling was wrong somehow and that it did not match my id. They would not tell me exactly what the problem was. So i called betdsi back up and the guy over the phone told me that the spelling was right and that i should try another western union vendor to try and pick up the money, if not i can call betdsi back up.
So i did go try another western union vendor and luckily the guy made everything go through, turns out my last name was indeed mispelled by 1 letter but he gave me the money anyways. I went back to the initial vendor that i tried initially the first time except this was at another location. They basically told me that management should be allowed to tell the customer that a simple letter was off. It wasn't like my name was john sorenson on my id and yet on their western union screen shows that it should have been picked up by john anderson of course if this were the case they simply would tell me that i am not able to pick up the funds based on the id that i have. but if their screen shows that john sorensen needs to pick it up, they can tell me that a letter is off and that i can tell the sender to make the correction. Why couldn't the first western union location tell me all this stuff in the first place? It's because each location has a different management. If anyone has worked with dealing with mass people day in and day out, you would know just how stupid people can be both on the roads, in the stores, cashiers, and people over the phone.
Even though the betdsi rep told me over the phone that my name was spelled correctly when it was indeed off by 1 single letter, at least he comforted me knowing that i could call back and get it fixed in fact i'll even follow up on this to make sure after i finish writing this. I'm also going to call the management at the first western union location i went to in order to complain to the management that they could have told me my name was off by a simple letter.
Now we see exactly what problems can arise when having to deal with western union. It's human error that can happen. I know i had mentioned that i applied and received a debit card to receive my payouts but i didn't know i needed to have 1 from both bookmaker and betdsi for a total of 2. Another thing that i noted to myself is to include the middle name that's on my id instead of trying to receive money with just my first and last name.
