So I started with a Local for the first time, since leaving Betus.com. I sarted in NCAA tourney.. Lost about $700 and I paid him, now in NBA playoffs I'm up $1,000, he hasn't paid me yet.. WTF?!?! it's been 2-3 weeks

I'm only betting $100/game

Should I go after him? and take out his knee?

Right now with the economy going down the sh1tter and the ability for any smuck to get a dime bankroll together and open up a pseudo book at a per head service then I would say the chances of losing your money with a local or with offshore are about equal if comparing to C rated or lower services.
