Yes really......they are in the process of fixing the problem today is what they tell me.
They told me that they are going to put the money back in my account ($1000) and then I will have to make another withdrwal.

One intersting side bar (to me anyway). I called the phone number on a letter that came with the check to tell them about the bounced check (this phone number is Bookmakers processor I assume because it is totally differnet from Bookmakers phone number).
Anyway, I told them the check bounced and they told me to call Bookmaker and to tell Bookmaker that I lost the check . This leads me to believe that it was totally the processors fault and not Bookmaker.
Nevertheless , I am still very disappointed as I liked Bookmaker but I'm sorry bouncing checks is unacceptable whether it is Bookmakers fault or not.

My buddies use intertops and they have been paid out everytime. I have yet to get paid out because ive gone on a nice run and want to sit on it for a bit. Ill let you know what happens

playlive- no problem with bookmakers but did get one from oddsmaker.com on december 8th. same deal told me to call the processor in ny. no luck. processsor is full of shit. finally got the cashier to put the funds on the debit mastercard they have on 02/04. they have also credited wrong amounts in my favor(+400) so i guess it all works out.
