Long time Heritage client here. Probably about 6-7 years or so. Give or take. Numerous deposits and withdrawals every hoops and football season, usually for maximum amounts allowed via W-U deposits of $1200 and payouts mostly via cashiers check until my state (WA) didn't allow them any more so they had to go to money orders instead with a max of $3k and most of the time that was what I would take out.
Heritage took away the MO option as well most recently and that was frustrating. I had asked for an exception and it took a bit to get it approved but eventually was for $3k.
Last week, I received my Fedex at the house with a doortag to go pick up the envelope at the station and I did so. When I obtained it, there was (1) MO in there for $500.00 which was a US Postal Service MO and nothing else.
I cashed it but kept the stub and informed Heritage about this. They were non responsive for the most part via their messenger service on the site. I then logged into chat and they have been more responsive but have stated each day that their processor is going to be giving them information on this.
As of today, their processor has told them that they were sent but I asked them to please show proof as it is impossible that I would have cashed them. They are also stating that some of the money orders were not from the same company, meaning some were M-G money orders and the one I received is USPS MO's.
I am starting to feel pretty frustrated with how this is shaping up as it appears that Heritage is going to just go along with whatever the processor tells them.
I am supposed to check back in tomorrow to see if any new info is available. I have emailed my USPS MO to Heritage in the meantime to show that I received that so they can track and do whatever they need to with that information.
At this very moment however, I am still waiting on $2500.

Heritage has now sent me blank copies of these money orders that they say have been sent to me but I have yet to receive. They are stating it is on "me" to PROVE they are not cashed by me and the burden is not on them but on me to do so. The area where the signature is to be filled in on all of them are completely blank and the signature is on the wrong line. The address of the sender is completely blank as well. Someone in the payout department named Alma has told me flat out that they sent me money orders that were actually sent in as deposits by other users/players and cannot take responsibility nor risk for their processor when tracking the money orders of who cashed them or when/where they might have been cashed. I didn't send these money orders, thus it is on me to do the proving of who cashed them if they were blank when sent out.

Heritage's new rules on payouts are somewhat of a headache, but there are not many better options right now for the offshore bettor.
That triviality aside, why did you persist on getting a MONEY ORDER, when Heritage was gladly going to mail you a CHECK for $3K? And if you had a problem with the money order only being for $500 instead of $3K, why did you not call Heritage before foolishly attempting to cash it?

Wizardofroz - I was not able to do a check at all because of the state I live in, thus the reasoning behind the MO.
Anyways --- UPDATE" ....... This has been resolved to my satisfaction and the situation was funneled to the GM and we were able to make everything work out for the best on both parts.
I will be continuing to play with Heritage Sports as my confidence in their willingness to always do the right thing by their customers is definitely something I admire in an organization.

Glad you got it worked out. With very few good offshore options, it is good to hear that Heritage continues to be A+ in customer satisfaction. If they go under, I think i would unfortunately just bet through a local, which is usually a poor choice because credit gets me in trouble.
