Looking for offshore book that is reputable (ie pays out) has easy methods to withdraw/deposit that doesn't involve Bitcoin as I live in Hawaii and Bitcoin is difficult/impossible to use here. Also would like a book that can be reached by phone in case something should go wrong. Have recently had problems with Bovada so won't be using them. Looking for another book.
Raven. I would recommend bookmaker. I live on Oahu and deposit with cc and debit. I request payouts via check and have always received them in 3 days tops. No problem depositing into my checking account and funds available next day. I also use Heritage Sports but payouts take 10 days but they have always paid. Been with both books for over 20 years.
