On september 25 i deposited $200 with mybookie.ag. I tried to withdraw $295 a few days later but was told this needed to be rolled over 5x before a withdrawal could be made because i received a bonus.
Fastforward a few days later and i ran my account up to $1500. On september 29 at approximately 11:00 pm, I requested a payout for the full amount.
I was told by customer service rep Ed the following day that my payout would be processed and i should have my money by Thursday.
Today is thursday and I call up and speak to Ed. Ed says my withdrawal is approved, and my money should be received via moneygram later on that day or Friday the latest
I get a call 10 minutes ago from Payout department rep Laura. Laura says that since i deposited via debit card, the banks put a 30 day authorization hold on my deposit and my money cannot be withdrawn right away. I am told by Laura that my $200 deposit would be refunded by Monday and a check for the remaining $1300 i am owed would be sent that same day.
Laura says Moneygram changes the limit for withdrawal request and the $1500 i requested to withdraw with them is likely too much.
Does this sound right to you guys?

Hey I am having a similar issue with them, What I don't understand is why a 30 day hold for a measly $200 deposit if you signed authorization form and provided copies of your card and i.d. Perhaps they are worried about chargebacks, but since they will be refunding the deposit back to your card as part of your payout, the deposit wouldn't be able to be chargedbacked. Thus, I don't understand their logic. I know someone who won a few hundred on the casino then requested a withdrawal, they denied it saying he had to wait 30 days and restricted his access to the cashier/casino pages on the site which I find quite bizarre if they're financially secure.

Perhaps they are thinking the 30 day time frame prevents a chargeback and thus they won't have to pay you after that and their is no recourse for you. Otherwise why not immediately process the refund to the card and issue you your payout? You can't chargeback the deposit if it's refunded. So what they're doing makes no sense. Does any other book do this? Did you get the refund back to your card? My friend is still waiting and it's been almost two weeks.

I called up yesterday and told them that if they can send me a moneygram TODAY for $1000 instead of a check for $1300, i will just keep $300 in my account.
The moneygram was processed today and after a $30 fee i received $970 cash.
The $200 deposit refund shows as approved in my betting account, but so far it hasn't showed up on my card.

Did you ever get the refund back to your card? Apparently they are trying to make people wait 30-60 days with bullshit excuses about how the bank is slow to avoid refunding any money as part of a payout. This way the chargeback time elapses and they keep the funds.

No, i am still waiting on the refund. I was initally told it takes 2-10 business days for the refund to show up on my card. Its been about 8 business days so far and ive gotten nothing

My friend has been waiting almost 3 weeks, they are lying, trying to buy time so the charges can't be disputed and chargedback, hence, they keep the deposits and don't refund anything. He's filing a complaint with SBR now.

well I was told to wait a few more business days and if i still have not received my refund, they will do something to speed up the process and contact the bank.
They already processed my payout and i received that, so im not sure why they would even bother screwing me out of my $200 deposit.
It honestly doesnt make sense for them

Made the mistake of taking them up on their bonus offer. I happened to hit for for a total of $3400 on a parlay bet. BUT I deposited $1000 to start and got 500 bonus. When I tried to cash some out today, they said because I took the bonus and because my deposit was over $500 I had to wager 10x my starting deposit + bonus. So....I have to risk $10,500 just to have the opportunity to withdrawal my money...Should have stuck with Bovada.

And by the sound of everyone here and on some other forums, even if I am lucky enough to risk a total of $10,500 I may have a difficult time getting paid...

Mybookie.ag is a scam. I have gotten every excuse possible. I started my withdrawal process Dec 7th and it is now Dec 22 and no wire transfer. Now im being told they will escalate it with the bank and it could take 2 more weeks. Below is an email from the box bitch laura dumas (payout manager). STAY AWAY FROM MYBOOKIE. YOUVE BEEN WARNED Good morning:
We told you on Monday that we would escalate the claim and the bank takes 24-48 hours to provide the corresponding document. However, as of yesterday we have not received the corresponding document. We are sorry the document was not received but all we can do is ask the bank once again. Unfortunately, the time frame on claims is not exact. Clearly, if you do not see the funds we know something happened to the wire. The next step is for us to wait for the bank to complete the claim on the funds. There is no exact time frame on this and it can take about 2 weeks.
I’m sorry if you expected a call, however Gina did follow-up via email yesterday and kept you updated. If you would rather be called every time, we will make a note of that. We are pretty much in the same situation as you: the bank assured us the wire was sent, we got the funds debited and no longer have them on our account. You had the funds debited from the account and have yet to receive them. However, you did receive our refunds and at least part of your payment has been confirmed.

I just wanted to follow up. It is now January 3rd and I have yet to receive $1 of my $1800 in winnings. I submitted the request on DECEMBER 7th!!!! I have gotten every excuse in the world from Laura Dumas the payout manager. Wow what a disgusting human being that one is. She knows we have zero say in anything and 1000% knows it and abuses her power by yelling at the customer on the phone when in fact its her company that failed us. I just called and spoke to my main man Lyner (thank god for him because he is great and should be the payout manager) and NOW Laura says I need to send a statement showing i havent received the wire (AGAIN). I sent this in last week and never heard back from them saying it wasnt a good enough screenshot because the right info wasnt on it. Keep in mind there is no screen large enough to show my account number and ALL my transactions on one screenshot. At some point they need to fix their own problem on THEIR time and pay me my money. I was told last week their bank messed up SWIFT codes and everyones payouts were messed up./ Their bank still hasnt gotten a reverse on my wiretransfer "so its just floating around in the world". NOT MY PROBLEM!!!! PAY ME WHAT I WON!!!!!!!!!! KEEP AWAY FROM MYBOOKIE. THRY ARE CROOKS!!!

GUYS GUYS GUYS. I was in the same boat. How did you guys hear about mybookie? BTW bookmaker.eu is trying to give me the run around atm.
Back to mybookie, I heard about them through my local ESPN radio station. After they tried to screw me because I ran a $50 deposit up to $3500 I contacted my local ESPN radio marketing dept. He spoke directly to their president and I got paid in like a week and a half later. If you heard them through the radio or some sort of media then contact the advertising dept and have them fight for you. I did and it worked. Good luck. Anyone know anything about bookmaker.eu? They seem super sketchy already and all I heard from reviews is that payouts are one thing they are good at.

I finally got paid on January 5th. All $1800 of it. The delay could have been from the holiday seasons or whatever. In the end I got my money which is all that matters. I will be withdrawing again within the next week and I will let everyone know how that one went.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you ever have any trouble give LYNER a call at customer service. This guy is amazing and is really there to work for you. He will do everything in his power to make sure everything gets done smoothly. DO NOT use the onsite customer service chats. They are beyond useless and none of them know anything. Just call in and save yourself the grief.
AS FOR LAURA (Payout manager): I am a hothead and when I keep getting the runaround I get mad fast. If you talk to Laura with respect, she will respect you. If you talk hostile to her, she will talk hostile back. Is this the proper way for a bookie to do business? No. But it is what it is. In the end they are trying to get your money to you so they dont have to deal with all these problems either.
YOU WILL GET PAID, IT IS JUST A MATTER OF WHEN.

I just received a check in the mail so that came pretty quickly once we got past the runaround. Lets see if it holds up I deposited it this morning. The quick fedex shipping was impressive but nothing is all good until the funds deposit. After that I will vouch for bookmaker.eu and keep using them. Also, congrats on getting paid. I will say for my experience at mybookie.lv It made me look elsewhere to play and that's how I found bookmaker.eu
