I just tried to login for the first time in 5/6 months for College football.
Got stuck on the same screen, weird as I don't think I have 10 bucks in there...they tried to call me from 888-263-0000 but I had stepped outside.
No idea why they've still opted to keep this....big $$$ lost collectively. Do a search on reddit, this problem has been going on for a while.
