That bill isn&#x27;t worth the paper it&#x27;s printed on as far as 5dimes goes. It has absolutely nothing to do with any offshore sportsbook. The US has no jurisdiction over any sportsbook operating outside of the US. Zero. In fact, Pinnacle and bet365 could and should start taking bets from US residents tomorrow.

I haven&#x27;t read the bill and I don&#x27;t care only because it doesn&#x27;t affect me in any way. I&#x27;ve been betting offshore for years and I&#x27;ll continue to bet offshore for years to come. The books that left the US market didn&#x27;t have to. They chose to. They&#x27;re licensed and chartered in sovereign territory so they can accept bets from anyone they choose to.&#xD;&#xA;The reason the US continues to push countries around is because other countries don&#x27;t push back. They sit back and take it. Bush leaned on Tony Blair and Blair made the British books stop taking US customers. Bush leaned on Pinnacle&#x27;s owners who have business interests in the US and some have US citizenship so Pinnacle stopped taking US action.
