New Jersey Opens Up for Online Gambling...

New Jersey began allowing Internet gambling on Tuesday..

Gambling analysts say it is the most significant development since casinos opened in Atlantic City over three decades ago, ultimately setting off what became a furious competition among states for a share of the take.

Gov Chris Christie,signed the legislation allowing Internet gambling this year, is counting on that gambling to generate $1 billion for the state’s casinos in its first year, bringing in $150 million in tax revenue to help balance the state budget.

I bet you those websites work...

I may have to rethink my Walker over Christie comments. If Christie were to run, maybe I look past his illegal immigration stance and vote for him based on restoring individual freedoms like being able to bet on a sporting event legally no matter what state you live in.

When those websites do not work the phrase "heads will roll" takes on a whole new meaning...

As of right now it's just table games: poker, blackjack, etc

When we get the 10th Amendment upheld in the Supreme Court-I figure that Sotomayor will again stab the sports team owners in the back-New Jersey will show the world how to take action,just as we did with the lottery in the 70's correcting the mistakes of New Hampshire and New York.The tumbleweeds will once again return to Nevada,and those hypocritical Mormons who work in the casinos will have to find another line of work.

I bet you those gambling websites were designed to handle the same load as ACA website  because all Americans gamble

Considering that healthcare.gov could only handle less than 2% of its expected load.. I would bet,that the Gambling website will beat that percent..

Still not sports gambling, but I guess it's a step in the right direction.
