Now that the state of New Jersey got the OK from the Supreme Court to offer sports betting my company will be able to make wagers for anyone outside the state of New Jersey legally as we are located in New Jersey and will act as a proxy to place your wagers. We have a website ready to go where you are provided an account number and fund your account. The lines will be the same as whats offered at Monmouth Park or Atlantic City or any of the other shops that will be taking bets. How it works is you place your bet through the site and we have people at these places that put in the wager for you so its 100% legal and legitimate. We will accept major credit cards Moneygram Paypal Venmo Wire transfers as forms of payment and you can request payouts the same way. We basically act as a proxy for you. There is an initial registration fee which is a one time charge and a fixed percentage is taken from each wager. We will be able to offer this the same day that racetracks and casinos start accepting wagers. Any questions you have we will be more than happy to answer. You can contact us here and we will also have live customer service via phone email and live chat. What could possibly go wrong? Only that this violates lots of laws. For starters, interstate gambling, and throw in a little bit or wire act while you are at it. Jeesh.
What laws does it violate? It is legal to bet sports in New Jersey. Its the same as you sending your buddy money for a fantasy league or even giving him money to throw on future bets or a game when in Vegas. This is totally legal we have researched it thoroughly

What this Site is proposing Has been Illegal in the State of Nevada for at least 25 years and is considered a Felony.
Actually they have proxies in Vegas. Go look at the Hilton Contest they use a proxy and have said so. There are also shops there that act as a proxy it is legal in Vegas. As long as you are physically located there or in any jurisdiction that allows sports wagering you can act as a proxy. We are located in New Jersey so it is legal

Who would work there? Are you paying taxes on this income as an employee? If so, your giving out w-2's to people on this. Don't believe it for a minute. People on covers may be easily conned but this is way past even conning them.

The Hilton Contest ISN'T gambling and the proxy isn't making any bets. I actually met the fellow that inspired the Law that made it Illegal to telephone bets outside of Nevada. His name was Dale and it was nicknamed the Dale Law he would hire guys to stand in Line at the Stardust Lottery every morning and what he was doing was accepting Bets from Outside Nevada and it was a Felony because they are strict about that Shiiit.............so it isn't legal.

But the SuperBook contest is gambling because we pay $1500 to enter but with that being said this is still a bad idea for sure. It just smells fishy!

Is it actually illegal to interstate bet IF you also live in a Sports betting statement Like we only allow Sports betting at WV Lottery affiliated Casinos. I do not think there is anything wrong with IN state proxy betting. Not everyone is gonna drive 4 hours to place a bet.
Also ... the idea above is a BIT stingy. Just my opinion, but unless you are making a specific trip for one bet, then a great feature would be to ONLY charge a fee on winning bets.
I've read that almost 10% of all BIG or VIP betting is done via Proxy, but that was more towards Blackjack and such. I'M SURE IT'S WAAAAY MORE with Sports betting.
However again, if you take paypal then sure asking the minor money acceptance fee is okay. Personally people should use Cash App for something like this .... You actually could even give a trusted someone a card to bet with. So that their winning money could even go directly to them. I mean Business IS Business but if you help someone make a bet and they don't pay you the fee .... okay don't bet for them again ..... I guess it's all about how much you know about tech. Because you don't need a crew of people on GameDay to be at casinos ... this is a 1 person business all the way. If you are trust worthy ... My casino would not mind at all if I was there 24/7 because it's attached to a hotel and If im playing, then so be it. I like Cards, but it's nothing to place sports betshoes and submit info to people...
But people can let me know what they see wrong or what they feel is wrong with my idea. Im not currently doing this but I have thought about asking about it. Because in some casinos proxy Blackjack is okay as long as you have no devices other than a simple Bluetooth toggle.
