I have a pinnacle sports account.. I wired in around $10k.. Played around a bit.. won some money.. i requested smaller amounts and they wired it back to me...
Then i wanted to cashout the rest, I requested $29,100.. This was a month ago..
After not receiving the wire for one week, i emailed them, and they said they have to talk to accounting.. I bugged them every other day, then finally a week later, accounting replies and says they had to resend it through another bank because of the amount(WTF, they have done millions of wires so this made no sense to me)
Anyway, fast forward another week, I still did NOT get the wire, i emailed them again, now im waiting again for accounting to reply for another week... I have all copies of emails/screenshots,etc..
This is unacceptable.. If they knew a bank couldnt send $29,100 then why use that bank in the first place. As of now im still waiting, its been 4 weeks and im finally being given the silent treatment. They stopped responding to my customer service emails..
What do i do now?
