I don't know if anyone plays here, but I wanted to let other forum members know of a terrible experience I had with this sportsbook . Last week I deposited $300 there using my credit card. I've been a member of theirs since 2007, but have not deposited in a while. Before I deposited, I spoke to Philip Greene, acct rep. He told me I would qualify for a 40% bonus after I made deposit.
The credit card deposit was accepted but bonus never applied. After calling back 3 times, he finally told me they wouldn't give me a bonus because of various new rules. One of them was they don't give any bonuses to "females". I was furious as I've never heard this before from any online sportsbook. They promised a bonus and once they got the deposit, they renigged. Additionally, the 2 emails I sent to them with security documents failed using two different email addresses. Apparantly, they bounce these back on purpose. I've since contacted them regarding my bonus and nobody responds. I checked sportsbookreview before making the deposit there and they have a B- rating, so I didn't think it was going to be a major problem.

Not only did I not receive the bonus, but I also believe they will constantly say they never received my documents so they won't have to pay in the event I wanted to cashout.
I would never ever deposit there again.
