About four weeks ago I requested a bank wire payout for over three grand
and still have not received it. After 12 days passed, they told me that
I must have provided the wrong routing #. I never provided a routing
number during my request for a payout because it is saved on file. I
have had the same routing number for years and they know it's on file.
Today I got this email.
We regret to inform you that unfortunately your latest bankwire sent
out in the week of March 18th, has been delayed with a
couple of days due to funding to ouraccount.
You should expect to receive this credited to your account by the end of next week.
Should you require further assistance or information, please reply to
this message or chat live with us during our business hours.
I feel I am getting the run around. Never had an issue with them before but this time I have a badtaste. Called them several times and they keep telling me next week.

Sorry to hear you had problems. I did a bank wire about two weeks ago and received it to my bank within 48 hours. If you are re-submitting the bank wire make sure you confirm all of the information account # routing number # swift code etc. prior to making the withdrawal request. I did all of that and had the wire very quickly. They also had my account numbers on file but it is always good to confirm beforehand. I have to think they will get this taken care of for you next week being a top notch book. Good luck and hope it all works out for you!
