Has anyone with Heritage, think that they didnt receive all thier money
on thier cash back program ? it is a good bonus, and a great way to get
back some of your loses. However the last quarter Jan. thru Mar. I only
received a quarter of my usual cash back. Not to mention that I wagered
the same way with MORE money. Heritage response was that they dont keep
records of wagers or deposits. They delete them after a week...I know
sportsbooks keep these things on file due to fraudulent claims, but I
guess Heritage is different..... Has anyone else run into this problem

Ive been through the ringer with 5dimes and will not deposit another cent there. I was told that Heritage was the best available site now...
Have you had any other problems there yet? Received any pay outs?
of coarse they keep records of wagers and deposits..they say that because that is the only way to prove your wagering activity, so if they decide to short change you on cash back theres no proof...there thing is , the computer calculates everything, and is never wrong..so with no record of your wagers, they can say anything...

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Heritage. I have been paid and their customer rewards programs are TOP NOTCH!. Another great reward is the *8th deposit for free* program. If you fail to cash out after your 8th deposit, Heritage will give you a deposit for free.....basically the deposit amount will be the average of your 8 deposits. Prompt payment, awesome rewards programs and an invite only VIP book. Heritage rocks! Very happy to be a customer and they are very similiar to Pinnacle and The Greek, two of my previous faves.

Been there 2 years, rarely a problem. The wager tracker when you login breaks down exactly how its calculated. More to this story than he is posting. Maybe he just needs a hug.

Exactly. If you look at your cash back screen just for a few secs each day you will see the amount of your wagers that were credited to you. I have had exactly zero problems with their cash back program and my volume is fairly high. Remember, money line wagers are credited at half the wager on a point spread.

Kind of confused why he thinks he needs his deposit and payout records when his problem is his cash back reward. The only thing that affects cash back is the amount of wagers put in play. As others have said, they have it on the screen for you daily to see how it is calculated.

If they are servicing USA customers then they would not admit to a paper trail or they may not have a paper trail at all in case this evidence were to be used in a case against them in the future, if they get accused of rubbing an illegal sportsbook that is servicing u s customers.
