I was thinking about starting an account with 5 Dimes because they seem to have the best reputation for online players (though I still read that some people have had issues with payouts).
I understand that there are a lot of requirements to actually get paid (making copies of credit card and utility bill etc), but once you get past all of that, how difficult is it to actually get paid?
I have heard that some US betters have had trouble with the checks from 5Dimes and other sportsbooks bouncing or being seen as fraudulent when deposited at the bank because they come from Canadian banks.
1) In order to avoid cashing a check from a foreign bank and risk the bank asking a lot of questions, is using Moneygram or Western union any more reliable (less questions asked about where the money came from/more likely to get the money into my bank account with less hassle)?
2) If you win a large amount of money, how do you explain it come tax time? Or do you just put the money in your bank account and not report it?
