I had about $2500 in a betonline account. A few days ago, two casino debits in excess of $1000 each appear, leaving me with 11 dollars.
I have never spent a dime in the damn casino, and never would. I contacted betonline, and they just threw their hands up and told me I'm SOL. In addition, the debits showed up from 6 separate IP addresses. My security question is foolproof.
I would stay away from this place. I'm never giving them a dollar again. It is beyond clear that I did not spend 2000 in the casino from 6 IP addresses, but they would not refund my money. For all I know betonline paid an employee to log in with my information and waste it all on slot machines.
Screw betonline.

I don't think they require a security question to access the casino; I wasn't thinking straight earlier.
I guess there is some kind of slim possibility that someone saw me log in to my account at some point, over my shoulder, and then logged in, wasted all my funds in two sessions from SIX IP addresses, and logged out. Just for fun. But I highly, highly doubt it.
I don't know much of anything about hacking, but I have to assume someone got a hold of my password somehow, and then logged in. The play looks to me like it was some kind of bot. I can't imagine someone using six IP addresses to do this. And more importantly, who in the world would have any interest on wasting my money? It's not like they could get a hold of it had they won.
I have got to believe someone associated with betonline had something to do with this one way or another. Maybe someone with more technical knowledge than me might have input? Betonline is the only agent with any vested interest in me losing money. And they were completely non-helpful to me when I contacted them. I am 99% sure my account was hacked in one way or another, and their response was simply, "Sucks for you."
I'm not playing there again. If anyone else has any input or ideas, I'd love to hear it.

If 6 IP addresses were used then it was somebody who stole your password. You can change an IP address without leaving your house if you wanted to. I would give Betonline the benefit of the doubt in this case because no one can get into your account without your password.

that does suck, but from their perspective, they hear so many sob stories and excuses when people make drunken mistakes or gamble compulsively. I'm not saying you lost it yourself but 2000 is chump change to them, they could just play the odds and let you eventually lose it yourself, I doubt they'd employ someone to log in and lose it for you.

I wouldnt give them the benefit if they simply "threw there hands up", Ive had a few issues before with them and the lack of Customer service or satisfaction was very noticeable.
