I call back this morning just to check on when I should
receive my payout and I'm told that my payout was requested for $100. I
tell her that I requested $1000 and I made it very clear the first time.
She tells me she will correct it and the money should be deducted from my
account by 2:30 my time, it is past 4 now and the money still is in my account.
I feel like they are just giving me the runaround in the hopes that I blow all
my money so they won't have to pay me out. It's seems so obvious what
they are doing, I mean give me a break, I submitted all my verification info
before I even made a deposit so that there wouldn't be any problems with
deposit or payout and they tell me everything is fine. But once I request
a payout, all of a sudden the documents I submitted aren't good enough.
Then they make the "mistake" of requesting $100 instead of
$1000. Then they tell me my account will be updated and the money will be
taken out at 2:30 and it's still just sitting there.
I should have just made my bets in Vegas.
