I know a bunch of people that do. They charge a monthly fee though not a flat rate. ex: 25-50 wagers =50.00/month and 51-100 $75.00 a month. You pay up front of of course...the only downside is relying on who it is placing the bets to get you the best line and you cant monitor the moves as much as youd be looking at a screen.

Just curious . Legal or not legal to run bet's in Nevada?
What would be wrong with guys setting up a way to take bets from people across the country for a small percentage of the wager?
I would imagine friends do this all the time.
Any Thoughts?
Well lets just put as the same as booking so put 2 and 2 togather what do you get ? Answer jail time If your not a legal book it is illegal to book in any state

There use to be a guy that did this before the law was passed in the 90's.He was famous and would work out of the Stardust.He would hire guys to stand in line at the lottery in the morning.The thing was he would book the bets himself if it arose.They wrote the law because of this guy.He was handling 1000's.
