since when did 5 dimes stop giving out tracking numbers for courier checks

does anyone not think this is an issue.  i waited around 5 fucking hours today hoping to hear a knock on the door by the fed ex driver..... i didnt hear a fucking knock today. 

fucks sake, this is 5 dimes not bodog, what the hell is going on?
is it too much to get a tracking number for something that is quite valuable??

its so easy and convenient to make deposits and wagers but when it comes time to collect on huge profits.......

Bodog has actually gotten much better with payouts (don't know if that has changed since they won't take my CC anymore) and they always provide tracking.

bottom line- if u want good service just make sure u dont win too much.  and if u do win, try not to ask for sizeable withdrawals.. u just might piss them off

Actually, I recall talking to a 5dimes CS rep. about this concern before too. I thought it was rediculous that they couldn't give me a tracking number. I asked her what would it hurt to give me a tracking number. She told me that there were some idiot 5dimes users who called up fedex and were waiting for a check from an illegal gambling website. I assume 5dimes either got in trouble or are simply trying to stay away from any legal matters by no longer giving out tracking numbers. After all, there are some retarted people out there.

Yeah I asked them for a tracking number and they told me no.  But I still got my check and cashed it no problem.  I don't think it's a big issue.  Just roll with it man, I know it's hard to just say that but that's the best we can do.  As long as I get my money, i'm cool with it.

hey thanks for the helpful info.  yes, made request monday and got it friday... so i retract my negative attitude.  but this is real money we are talking about.
