It seems that whoever wrote the SBR review that says Heritage is making the transition from invite-only to a policy of taking on all comers is incorrect. I called today was told by a Heritage customer service rep they are still invite-only. I've cut and pasted the incorrect review comments for you to read and apologize for any confusion I might have created with yesterday's posting.
