Just thought I'd share this with the forum. Although I would've had nothing but good things to say about this online book prior to tonight, and I have yet to hear back from them, I feel compelled to post this anyway so that I can feel some sort of retribution. I know there's so very little I can do about it than create the ticket report:
Missing Parlay (sbo) Created on 2014-07-04 02:17:41
This is the first time this has ever happened to me in all my time betting online, but I had a $70, 3-team parlay (WNBA LA-2, WNBA LA/SE U148.5, MLB LAA/HOU U8.5 -120) that would've paid out approx $372 that disappeared from my account. I know that it initially went through because I checked the Open Bets page, and not only did I see the wager, but I saw that my available balance was $100 (after the submission, $170 prior to the submission).
I don't have any other proof and I know that all i can do within my control is to ask you to look into it and see if there's a way to see how and why it was removed from the system.
I'm obviously still in a bit of shock over it ...

UPDATE: I'm going to toss this up to "user error" and closed my ticket with Sportsbettingonline.ag, considering I've just hit on 2 well-paid parlays today that have remained in the system. Who knows what happened, but who cares ...

So you don't mind waiting 4-6 weeks for payouts? You must be patient! Have fun!
How do you ask for it?
Website says 3 days for MoneyCard/Prepaid-Card withdrawals, and they offer 2 free withdrawals/wk, so it seems a little bizarre for withdrawals to take more than a week ...

So yeah, I made a request on Sunday, called today for a status, and was given a runaround. Was told that they had to go get a Moneypak card and they had "no idea" when they would get around to it. I wasn't rude before or after.
How am I supposed to know the credit-worthiness/reliability of an online bookie other than seeing they are on the list of recommended Sportsbooks from Covers? Your comment makes it seem like I knew that I would have problems getting the money. They don't even take the money away from your available balance.
Help ? Anyone?

UPDATE: I received a portion of my withdrawal request on Friday, the amount I invested. If they end up showing some reliability, this could be a great book to work with. Only time will tell ...
