I made a withdrawal on 7/25/11 for $2,000 from sportsbook.ag through bank wire. I waited for 4 weeks and then still no money in my bank acct. I contacted their reps via live chat and they said hey would get back to me in 48 hrs. About 54 hours went by and i contacted them saying a) wheres my withdrawal and b) why havent you guys contacted me as you said you would. I come to find that they put my withdrawal back in my betting acct. They promised me they would "priorotize" my withdrawal and now how the heck am igonna trust them with this one??? I booked a vegas trip with this money and i need to have this money by sept 3rd no later. I put almost 2 months in between my trip and the withdrawal request thinkin it would be suffice. but nope. I got mad and made a ballsy two team parlay which lucked out winning me another grand. So i withdrew $3,000 on 8/25 via bank wire. I asked them to priorotize it and i see no difference than the last one i requested. Im not confident i will get my money before my vegas trip n i'm very dissapointed with sportsbook.ag. I always liked them and they got a new make over which looked good but this withdrawal thing is just got me fed up.
I need a book that i can get paid out within 1-2 weeks MAX if not any earlier.
