Sportsbook.com is TERRIBLE!

Question

I&#x27;ve been waiting 4 weeks for a withdrawal and got a message today saying my withdrawal has been canceled and the funds were put back into my account. I called and asked what the hell happened and they said their processor not taking wire transfer withdrawals at the time.  So I asked how long have they known this about their processor....and the guy says around 2 weeks. So, WHY DID IT TAKE YOU TWO WEEKS TO TELL ME THIS!!!!!! Unfortunately, they wont send you this message until its time for your withdrawal to be processed. Now I am having to withdraw by check and it will be a total of 8-10 weeks before I ever see any money. I always said I would stick with them until they screwed me...and now its happened. So, anyone out there that has a pending wire transfer, bad news! I&#x27;ll be closing that account and recommend you all do the same!

Sportsbook is a joke...about 5 years ago I cashed out 5000....after 6 weeks of hearing nothing back, they finally contacted me...they gave me the run around for about 2 months about how the check was delayed cause the holiday, then it was lost in South America(yes they said that)....then finally after 4 months of the headaches they told me that I cashed the check!!!!

They told me it was no longer their problem. I requested a copy of the cashed check and they refused to show me. The said that I cashed the check and they will no longer discuss the topic....they are a fraud....

VIP was the best website...they closed and gtbets.com is their new site....I like that, but 5dimes is solid and has great betting options!! Stay away from sportsbook

The same thing happened to me back in July/August....I requested a wire withdrawal. After several weeks, they let me know their processor for wires was having "technical issues" and they put the money back into my account. So then I requested a check - that got to me within a week of them putting the money back into my account. But it still took something like 6 weeks to get paid. Ridiculous.

I been with them for 6 years, also have account with players only...I been withdraw lots time, usually take 10-14 days to receive check, never try wire transfer..
