Stay away from Heritage

Question

This book used to have a reputation, and have english speaking reps, now you can&#x27;t understand them and they&#x27;re really rude.  I have been with them for years and they always lived up to their annual recovery for losses and cash bonuses. Not anymore get told lies by some newly trained english speaking person who will over talk you while trying to speak and not comprehend a single word.  They&#x27;ve lost my intrest and I hope many others to go with more reputable books like  BetED and BetJamica

I was moved to Heritage from BetJamaica and I have cashed out twice with Heritage and had no problems at all. Had cash within the same day I requested payout each time.

&#xD;&#xA;agreed........I&#x27;ve had 3 payouts and recieved same day on 2 of 3 and next day on 1. I don&#x27;t expect them to have great english.....afterall we are forced to wager in other countries since our government if full of shit.

yea right OP&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;I also was transferred to Heritage from BetJamaica, along with my $3,000. I have nothing but praise for Heritage&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;I have also gotten 3 payouts by them....... all either same day or next day also!&#xD;&#xA;They have more betting options than BetJamaica did by a long shot, and their Customer Service has been nothing but stellar ............ All supernice people who i can actually understand ( unlike BetJamaica sometimes ..... some operators accents were crazy.......... i Was like "What" all the time.)&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Heritage Gets A&#x2B; rating in my book.

I remember the first time i called Heritage after that Sat morning i woke up to Betjamaica closed account

I called the number Betjam told me to call......... Heritage customer support. I got some American sounding chick on the phone, and i said " Hi blah blah blah , and i was wondering if i could cash out my 3k.......... her answer was ......... "Of course you can, sir! How would you like that sent?"

My bad!!! I have not played since last football season and the sb have dramatically changed, an unprecedented circumstances have succumb to gambling on off-shore sb. I have been affiliated with many books in the past and these books have been outstanding to my personal experience. I wrote this on impulse and had not researched anything since last year. I only play during fb season. What I said bout heritage was true and most of you have not been with heritage for as long as I have apparently the general squares are invited these days."hold em" congrats on talking with someone who spoke perfect english your amazing specimen. Just look no further the the state you reside.

Now in continuation with just how far heritage has sunk into crap look no further than betjam. They take over excisting customers who majority players where from us over 90%. Betjam closed for this reason now heritage is willing to take over this, why? SB wants players from other countries because the us government is cracking down on OSSB. Betjam was smart they didnt want to end up like BetEd and heritage is getting greedy. Why you ask? The getting is still good. Think about it!! Who's next on the list welcoming every tom, dick, and harry and loves american scratch. You guessed it if your not born in Tennesse. Can't wait to see all you lovers of heritage get burned, common sense tells you to pull out why you can, hertiage is willing to take your money easily for a reason. My suggestion to anyone who is going to risk a substantial amount of money in a book is look more international further than costa rica these guys are under investigation or if not now soon, and heritage without a doubt is next. Reference OSGA.com for best access to reputable books and locations.

Perhaps things have changed....did you choose to sign up with them last year or sometime like that where you really feel the service has gotten worse? Perhaps I don&#x27;t understand your situation because you are obviously upset at Heritage.
