I don't know about anybody else but in the last week I have had 4 wagers graded wrong at 5dimes and it's getting to be a hassle having to explain their own rules to them..Yesterday I had a customer service person tell me my 2-team parlay was a loser because 1 of my 2 teams lost when I asked them to correct a bad grade..I said yeah it's a loser because game #2 was graded wrong..Most of these bad grades are coming on euro-hockey games where wagers are graded at the end of regulation instead of full game..I don't know if they have a buncha new people doing the grading or what but it's a hassle getting straightened out when it happens..I've been with 5dimes for over 10 years but it's only been the last year or so where they are making a lotta mistakes..Anybody else having this problem with them recently..Just curious.
