ALL: I want to share with you information regarding topbet.eu to help other players. I wanted to bring this to the attention of an owner of the book but I was rebuffed. As a business owner myself i would appreciate learning how my staff is ruining my business. I have used at least 25 books over the past decade. I try out new ones ocasionally based on offers i receive via email or because I see a line on a game that is advantageous at a new place.
Bottom line is that topbet is hands down the least informed, worst trained and overall worst operation I have ever encountered. I don't make that comment lightly. They simply can't answer any question. Partly because they NEVER understand the simplest question; once you explain it to them they NEVER know an answer.
Honestly, I have no excuse for myself and why i keep trying to use them. The reason is I see a line I like, but the end result is always the same. Pure frustration. Don't even think about asking for a supervisor. They have to re-route you to a different country (they dont volunteer that--its simply obvious). It appears the book is a house of cards. One would guess without even a physical address.They do not know what a baseball dimeline is, can't give correct names for WU or MG (tier issues I believe), can't explain what free money is (as opposed to cash or freeplay). I can go on and on with examples but will address todays fiasco. I wanted to deposit but first wanted clarification on their 30% bonus. Cash, free play --what? They called it free money. I asked if it was free play or cash she said it was. Was what? cash or free play. Yes it is. Which one? After more of the "whos on first game" i asked to speak to a supervisor which I have had to do every time i call there. Now mind you i never need a supervisor anywhere else. I dont complain. These folks are simply ridiculous.The supervisor treats me as an imbicile. Which is scary since the amount she knows about a sportsbook/sports betting would fit inside the eye of a needle and still leave room for the thread. She repeats more useless crap about giving me a WU name when I'm ready. Oh my. I pin her down to answer the question FREE PLAY OR CASH...."what is your definition on free money" more games. Is it treated same as CASH i ask. YES it is. To clarify I had to walk her through an example. Her answer was "it all goes in your account ater winning" I explained that I knew the winnings went in the cash account, how about the bet money? All of it she says. All of what I ask..the cash and free money bet and winnings? or just the cash bet and winnings? Finally she says yes. I want to say "yes what?" I ask why isnt it just put into cash account then. She replies by saying she is going to deactivate my account. Unreal. Cant answer a simple question. We all understand a loss. In their system part of that loss is cash and part free play...GREAT. What about a win? If I bet $500 (of which 1/2 is cash and 1/2 freeplay) and I win is 1000 (less vig) going into my cash account or is it 750 (500 winnings plus original 250 cash (half of 500). I tried to give her a similar example and she laughed/ chuckled/ and interupted over and over. She was rude and no intellectual understanding of the basic question. And the sad part is that she was really no LESS knowledgeable than any other person there. Was simply par for the course. I would say she was more rude, as the others seem to be from a call center where they teach friendliness but nothing else of value.
