Western Union Question (please help)

So i did a withdrawal via western union for $450 and the website has my control number/sender info all ready but I have never done one before and I do not know what to do next. Do I just go to any western union place around and pick up my money? Do i need to bring identification and also do I have to fill out a form? Anyone who has done this can you please walk me through the process? I would appreciate any time spent helping me out. Thanks in advance.

You will have to fill out a receiver form at any western union and produce your id for proper identification.  you will fill out the sender information and the receiver information and the control number and the amount and give it back to clerk.  They will check your id and give you your money.  Some are nosy but just be cool and act normal and roll with it.  Even though it is really none of their business, some clerks are just that way!  Never say what it is truly for, just make up something believable and nonconspicuous.  Like an investment or you are getting paid back for borrowed money or something along those lines.

Thanks for your help MAC . So if I withdrew $450 and there was a $51 fee do i just pick up the $399 then? Is that how it works? And the sender is from Nicaragua so i will prolly have to make up a good excuse so i may just use something you listed above. Thanks again.

what is the amount of the withdrawal,   they will tell you at the book.   if what you requested is $450 and that was before fees and it is $51 fee then yes,   but if they have already taken out the fee then you put $450.  You shouldn&#x27;t have to make up anything.  I was just giving choices if you get a nosy cashier.  Never volunteer anymore info than needed.   Just feel out the receive money form and hand them the id.   That is all that should have to happen and then you get your money!  And no problem with helping.  We all need to stick together.

its really simple process.thats all i use..and moneygram.they even know its from gambling and they dont care.the clerk even asked me how to join a book.but hey im in philly..lol
