WHAT IS UP WITH 5 DIMES WITH THEIR INFLATED NFL LINES

Question

I noticed this year 5 dimes is always inflating their lines every week on certain spreads. They are always 1-2.5 points above the normal line put out.

Example this week:

They have Steelers -15.5 (+110) when every where else they are -14

Ravens -17.5 (+110) Everywhere else -16.5

Packers -12.5(+110) Everywhere else -11

Patriots -9.5 (+110) Everywhere else -8

Now I realize they have the normal line you can get at normal juice BUT if you want to play a TEASER with these teams they give you the inflated alternate line instead of the normal line. So that immediately puts you at a disadvantage by robbing you of points on the spread after the teaser is applied.

I've been noticing they been doing this every week this year on the top teams with the bigger spreads. This is killing me because I am the type of player that likes to tease the favorites with these kind of spreads and now with these inflated lines it is forcing me to tease with a higher number and have to pay more juice when I shouldn't have to.

Its almost like they are doing this purposely to make it harder for me to win. Do any other books do this? I don't see any other inflated spreads other than 5dimes.

I am so infuriated by this I am ready to go to another book that lets you tease against normal lines.

So use another book if you want to play the favorites and use 5dimes to play the dogs - so you get the best of both worlds!

billsneedhelp, i see your dilemma.  instead of playing teasers, parlay and "tease" the lines yourself.  not only do you get around this, but the payout can be significantly better.

I play at 5D as well and play teasers as well as ML parlays...if yoiu don&#x27;t mind me asking,  what teasers do you play points/ amount of teams....??  Cause I ran into this on teases...

They are a business, so they can give any line they want. They don't force anyone to bet anything. And god forbid, you like a dog, you get extra points.

There is also the late line moves everyone complains about. But it's everyone's fault. The chalk will always get hammered around kickoff time, thus 1-2 point moves sometimes. Especially on large spreads or night games. If people would bet early, they wouldn't get screwed as hard on numbers. Granted the the complaining would be if they lose a point the wrong way.

That is why, when I have my teams set (and not waiting on injuries) I play EARLY...and IF I&#x27;m playing teases...let&#x27;s say I make the Pats -2 (from an 8 pt. line) and before kickoff it is 9.5 or 10.....IF this game is the 2nd or last game of my tease...gives me a nice window for a "middle"

It&#x27;s a bunch of shit...A few years back I used to view the lines on BetUS.  Then when I would sign into my account the numbers on the public favorites would increase.  I sould sign out and they return to normal.  Needless to say I started to use this book only for dogs and it was good to me as I could sometimes catch up to 2.5 points.&#xD;&#xA;After being called by BetUS reps to make a deposit I told them I wasn&#x27;t interested because their lines are shit,  They didn&#x27;t even put up an argument.&#xD;&#xA;There is definatley software tracking a persons betting patterns and then custom numbers for that individual.

u can play around with tha points, for instance -9+100 im sure u can get -8 -107 or something. Same with Pinnacle, they jus play with the juice and make u think weird with tha spread, a concept to trick a bettor.
