To make it short, this guy has been playing for 5 weeks. He lost $5000 1st week, won $3200 2nd week, lost $4000 3rd week, lost $5000 4th week, lost $5000 5th week. Each time transaction went smooth, meet up at that guy's work and we handed each other the cash inside an envelope. The 5th week when he lost and owe $5000, he shut down his cell phone, won't reply to email or text. So I called him at his work and he threatened he'll call the police on me if I attempt to go to his work or home to collect. In this business, everyone hates a snitch. So I sent some people to his work and gave him a warning, if he doesn't pay up and snitch again, something bad will happen. Couple days later that stiff customer called the cops. I had to change my cell phone number and email. I'm thinking I'll send my guys to his work or home and retaliate later on when the cops isn't on my trail. What will you do if you were me? How will you retaliate and make this stiff pay up? Or assuming he's not going to pay up, what will you do if you were me?

It ain't worth prison time....let sometime go past and let him think u forgot bout it....then when he least expects it
That's actually what I'm planning to do. Let him think I forgot about it, and then after a long period of time, I'll get him when he least expects it. It's never too late to get back at a dishonest scumbag stiff.

Partake... Just keep in mind u now have a thread online with what u plan to do to this stiff and these threads never go away if u are trying to run a good shop u don't leave a paper trail especially online. I had an old wise guy tell me years ago u never show your hand ever if u want to rough a guy up u just do it. U don't tell him first. If I was u I would cut my losses with this guy completely and move on 5k isn't worth the consequences on my opinion

So he has paid you 10,800.00 no questions asked and now you want the next 5k he owes and you want to beat him up? He lost yes, you are right, he should pay, but you sound like a prick, with your thugs already harassing the kid when he obviously went to far. I don't get you bookie tough guys, think beyond yourself and realize maybe he has a problem and cap him or tell him you need a grand up front. I get it...you should not risk what you cannot afford to lose, but this kid obviously went all in as a compulsive gambler and is left with nothing. You have about 11k of his, just move on and cut him off from betting with you or I suppose try and negotiate settlement. But fighting fire with fire gets you nowhere fast.
