WHY the hell does 5DIMES have an A rating

I&#x27;ve tried cashing out 3 times from them, So FAr  0 for 3.  &#xD;&#xA;Excuse one:  I have pending bonuses.   Well thanks for nothing &#xD;&#xA;                    cancel them.&#xD;&#xA;Excuse two:   You played poker we have to check back to make&#xD;&#xA;                      sure everything is legit.&#xD;&#xA;Excuse three:  We ran out of western union spots today.&#xD;&#xA;WTF  LOL,  YEP thats real proffesional, that deserves an A rating.  Betjamaica would payout the same day.  No problems.  Can someone please give me a NO NONSENSE site.

5dimes terrible customer service is well documented on this site and several others, in their defense however the American Goverment is making it harder and harder for these guys to do business.

I&#x27;m sure that won&#x27;t take long to check3.)  It&#x27;s the first of the month and many regulars are using their free payout.... I&#x27;m not surprised the spots are all gone when you requested this late on a Monday.

FYI I joined 5dimes a month ago or so.  I deposited $100 and went up $2800.  I requested a cashout on the "free payout" day and had my money within 3 days.  No hassles no excuses no nothing.  I give them an A.  I would never collect a "bonus" for depositing at a sports book.  There is a reason they offer them.
