Hey all, first post ever. I made a withdrawal from WSEX 3 months ago, and still have not received my funds. They keep giving me the run-around and I am starting to becoming increasingly intolerent.
Anyone have any similar issues?
Anyone cash out since April from WSEX and already receive their funds?

7/3/2010 12:16 PM wsex slow-pay -player owed $1,000 since March 22nd A new wsex (SBR rating D) slow-pay complaint has been filed following SBR's July 2nd update. That slow-pay report highlighted 3 new payment complaints. In this latest instance of slow-pay, a player writes to SBR that he requested a payout of $1,000 on March 22nd. wsex gave its usual generic replies pinning the blame on processor changes, and allegedly asks the player to call back in a week for an updated time-frame. wsex has been unable to efficiently shave down its number of payout complaints, accumulating more slow-pay complaints than there are payment reports 47 players have written to SBR for dispute assistance with wsex. Those players are owed a combined $250,617 with the earliest payment request made in October of 2009. As of July 3rd, wsex has been lowered to the mark of D.

I saw this same thing on sports book review. That's a real shame because I thought WSEX used to be a reputable book and we're at least trying to get their act together. They'll have to pull a complete 180 for me to even think about opening an account there.

Thanks for the info. Do you think I should write to SBR as well? I requested a payout of $3000 on April 6th, and they keep blaming their processor problems. It is beyond ridiculous.

I had an issue collecting $1600 about three months ago. It took me about a month to get it but I did. I had to call numerous times and they had issues with their processors but eventually they sent it to be via western union and they paid for the fee.
About 1 yr ago I had $3000 sent to me via money gram it took about 2 weeks but I caught it.

Ok, well............glad I'm not using Matchbook anymore. There is a connection to WSEX but since I'm not sure if what I'm reading on the internet is accurate I will only say Google Matchbook and WSEX connection and you will see enough to make your own assumptions and answers.

I could be wrong.......but I don't think I am.....isnt WSEX the sister company of Matchbook?
Matchbook has issues I know and are losing a lot of $$ since they can't process CC and others can.
My apologies to Matchbook if my information is incorrect, but someone on here will correct me if I'm wrong.
I have been constantly withdrawing from Matchbook without having any sort of issue. Actually when I receive my money about 12 hours after my request I would start to get angry considering I get them usually 3 or 4 hours after my request
That said, the money you win at Matchbook aren't theirs, but they were property of the guy who bet against you, Matchbook makes money off the commission so they like all sort of winners and therefore they would be pretty stupid in screwing any user under any circumstance.

Yet the book still gets a " D rating " from SBR. What the fuck does it take to get an ' E ' or an ' F ' rating?
Stalling payouts is the fucking lowest of the low. Fucking scumbags!
They are now a D-
However, to be fair I did get paid max check last week from Feb. withdraw, so they aren't officially a stiff book and hope they get bought out or get an influx of deposits for football.
