I am wondering who else is having this issue that I am currently dealing with.
I won money week one of the NFL and cashed it out that Monday using Western Union. On Wednesday the payment was processed and I went to receive it and I got blacklisted from Western Union and was not able to accept the money.
I then get ahold of customer service and they let me know that the issue would be taken care of in 72 hours and the money would be refunded to me. That did not happen and ever since they have been giving me the run around about how the situation changed at Western Union and they lowered the maximum amount you can withdrawal via Western Union, etc. but still the only answer I get is that once the money is refunded to your account, we will contact you to let you know. These are the same people calling me every day for a month before football season to deposit and now this happens.
This morning now I am talking to a customer service rep and got out of them that they are not sure if they will get the money back from Westen Union, but i will still eventually get my withdrawal out....well shouldn;t they honor my withdrawal and make it their problem to receive the money back. On top of that, I have lost the same amount of money over the past couple of weeks that I originally withdrawn so they can pay me with my losses.
I just wanted to see if anyone else is having these issues with Youwager or any other website and see if I can get any other information or get an uproar going to see if youwager will expedite this situation any faster.

Yeah the only reason I used Western Union was my affiliation they had with my bank where I could log onto my online banking and transfer the money directly to my checking account without having to go into a location to receive the money. Lesson learned though!

Something smells very fishy and all fingers are pointing at Youwager. By the way, Youwager also called me nonstop everyday for the last couple of months until I told them to f*cked off by going into chat and speaking with the manager. Don't waste your time speaking to some rude and dumb customer rep.that has no idea what he or she is talking about. Request to speak with the manager and be assertive and persistent. Good luck with getting your issues resolved.
