Last night I was on the final leg of a 7 leg parlay that paid $4k.

All I needed was Citadel (+8.5) to cover against UNC Greensboro.
Citadel was down 20pts halfway through the 2nd half and things were not looking good. With 1:12 remaining the bulldogs are down 15pts and I'm ready to go to bed.... then preston parks hits two 3pt shots in less than 10 seconds...down 10pts ... 42 seconds remaining.
I'm refreshing m.espn.com game on my phone like an animal... waiting for the nail in the coffin. Well I got it... 96-85... lost by a freaking 1/2 pt.
So I check the box score and go through the final minute of plays. I'm wanting to see what play killed me... and then I notice a slight error in the espn boxscore...

Game ends, but UNC got a point???? Odd
So I go to twitter and search citadel basketball and uncg... and see the final score as 95-87....
Turns out the ESPN scoring had made an error
I won!!!!!!!!
Not sure what the lesson is, but I have noticed scoring errors before with espn... so maybe if you have a something riding on a game and you can't watch live... folllow the game on multiple sites...

congrats OP - surprised you didnt a lay a little aside and arb out a few bucks (I guess depending on your BR/parlay sizes) but always nice to get a surprise like that. Can't count the number of times I've had a number wrong in my head only to find out that it actually came in differently than I had remembered the line being (most times good, sometimes to the bad.)
keep the streak going!

The worst is when you make a drunken wager and you watch a game and you think toy won; only to realize to that bet the wrong side and there's twice the amount of money than you think you have.
Sad thing is that it happened to me more than once. I can laught at it now but that's just me being a drunk dumb@ss.
