Im going to mention sports gambling sins alot of people are guilty of. Please be aware of these things if you want to be a winner. Im am not antigambling. Im keeping it real and telling you how to be a better sports gambler.
1. Not doing enough research on the coaches & teams that are coaching and playing the game. Please check stats weather and know the publics perception of a team. Also check injury reports.
2. Not knowing what the odds are. Research is the key.
3. Going all in and gambling your entire bankroll on a game.
4. Gambling parlays, teasers, pleasers and prop bets. The reason for not betting prop bets is there is no real way to know if player is going to reach that mark or not. You could bet lebron james will score over 25 points and he scores 24 and get hurt or be told to sit out of the game by the coach.
5. Gambling on teams with emotional attachement. Easiest way to lose money is betting with your heart not with your head. Never fall in love with teams they dont love you back.
6.Taking out loans or credit to gamble with. Another dont is stealing money to gamble. It sound pretty bad when you had to have a fix and you stole grandmas jewelry and hocked it at the pawn shop and now your doing time for theft.
7. Gambling with rent or bill money. It sucks when you have the lights turned off in your apartment when you should have payed your light bill instead of gambling on the Patriots to cover. You should always pay your bills first before you gamble.
8. Selling illegal drugs to gamble with. Please dont put yourself in this kind of situation where you are risking your life in prison just to gamble.

Agree , all but #3. if you manage to increase your roll to $100 or $5,000 find that ONE game and hammer it. Ask yourself , is it worth the risk ? ...Gambling .

Everyone must have a job while they gamble. Some of 800,000 government workers do not have money for paying the rent during the shutdown. They should have been gambling.
Uber/delivery driver and gambler for me. Fuk auto insurance!
What is this "job" thing of which you speak?
"Everyone MUST"...
Seems to me it would interfere with handicapping and actual gambling time.

9. Honor thy Mother, thy Father and thy Bookmaker.
10. If you have a hunch, bet a bunch.
Regarding the top 8 sins, it's amazing how powerful someone can be that can determine the outcome of a sporting event that they have no contact with at all except choosing a side... It's Biblical...
It's almost like we're all part of the same sick joke. I'd like to know how many people committed one or more of the 8 sins that had the Saints in the NFC Championship Game? My real issue is with those of us that understand the rules that then get penalized due to the people that don't... You'd think the odds are 1M-1 of you winning when your chasing, it's supposed to be a 50-50 proposition, it's Team A or Team B, except when you chase.
