I have a little of $20k that is tied up in my online account that I would like to withdraw. It is all net losses so it really is just a return of deposits during the year.
I've already made a few 8 and 9k withdrawals the past few months by wire, but I'm nervous that continuing to do that will be suspicious to my bank and I don't want to go through any headaches.
The max withdrawal is 9.5k at my book, /so trying to figure out the best option or way to get the cash. Does anyone have experience with this?
Also, is an offshore online acct considered a foreign acct for tax purposes?

Don't withdraw multiple times. Try to gain an amount that is worth to be withdrawn and withdraw all your money at once. This will be more rentable for you. Regards

Yep, just go on down to Wal Mart and moneygram withdrawal 20 racks.
lol i didn't mean that book. When I had more money than most could fathom in my heritage acct I would transfer half to 5dimes and would be doing the max cashouts possible each week on both sites. 2 moneygrams (blacklisted now), 2 western unions (when that was an option, and a 7500 check each week or whatever the max was at the time. They make it hard to withdraw a lot at once and hope you lose it back while it takes weeks to withdraw it all. Smart strategy I probably lost 100k of my winnings back but still cashed out a ton.
Withdrawing 20k is pretty darn easy if it's a legit book
