Aligators, crocs, Bears and Sharks...

us humans must be doing something to piss them off.

When i was a kid we swam in the Ocean on the South Shore of Long Island without worry. All we worried about was the seaguls taking our lunch. Went Camping up and down east coast without a Bear fucking with us.

And as far as Gators and crocs go, we just never went where they were.

I'm interested in yous bruthas thoughts.

The black bear population here in CT has been skyrocketing.  They are usually not a problem but if people are stupid enough to leave garbage outside they WILL come feed.

 We're encroaching on their territories, slowly but surely. Sharks used to have plenty to eat besides us.

Alligators , Crocs , Bears and Sharks

attack of the animals,  beware , be smart

Be prepared , be aware , teeth impale , the snarl

an alarm , fair warning ,

you fail , it’s horrible 

carnage and cruel

ripped apart at the arms , your hair , it’s chewed

there used to be Carl , a fairly good dude ,

till that bear consumed him in his chair , a Pabst Blue Ribbon cool brew ,

with his last gasp of air , swigging his drink , wishing it wasn’t true

went from a man to “ God Damn ! “ Dinner and food

Finished his existence stinky and crude , a Bruin shitt him from his sphincter , mixed in with the poop…..

Had a close call with a mama bear when I was in a low tree stand in Ontario.

She had two cubs with her and climbed up the bottom two rungs.

Safety now off - and not moving a muscle.  She sniffed me a time or two and I figured she just wanted to let me know

I needed to keep my distance and not to f*ck with them. Which after saying a prayer,  I thankfully did.

When you report it to the local guide  that a certain area is frequented by a sow with cubs they immediately close that stand down for the season.

Had close calls with sharks but it was a planned controlled dive but never the less very exciting.

Swam under a 100' pier in southern Mexico and stumbled upon a salt water croc. About a six footer.

Found out later this guy was a local that always hung out in the shade.

Alot of it must be our habitats encroaching on theirs---lots of deforrestation and mining, going deeper into what was once wilderness...when push comes to shove humans will shove the animals off the planet eventually

Speaking of bears, if you're ever out hiking with a friend and a bear attacks just remember--you dont have to be faster than the bear just faster than your buddy.
