Don't even bother reading it. The vitriol that the American left has for Tim Tebow knows no bounds.
The following questions come to mind:
What is the point of writing this article?
Why is it on the front of MSN, commissioned by USA Today?
More importantly, who is soliciting writers and paying for this kind of content?
We live in crazy times, but what kind of person actually sits down and writes this piece? A hit piece on a guy that is busting his assss trying to live a dream before it is too late? Embarrassing.
I cant wait for this election year to be over...this crap is exhausting.

My thoughts exactly Vern. Tebow is putting his heart and soul into this dream of playing professionally, and putting his career in the media on hold. Why the hate and resentment towards him? It absolutely baffles me

As some one who is rooting for tebow to succeed and has watched his nfl career I actually think he got s raw deal, but I get it. The problem with tebow in the nfl is that the benefit he brings to the team on the field in comparison to what he brings off the field and into the locker room makes him a hard player for it to be worth it.
Den had an elite defense and elway a knew the path to a Super Bowl was getting tebow to pack his bags. At the time I thought tebow should have been able to stick around as manning's back up considering his success and Mannings neck issue at the time. So at the time I thought tebow got a raw deal.
But why is it that tebow would have such a negative effect on a locker room and a team? It's because the craziness that surrounds his success. I honestly do not believe that tebow meant to start a trend with bowing down in the end zone, but the craziness attached to it made him the focus rather than the team. I believe at first tebow was ignorant to the effects of his actions but as things ramped up with his fan-boys, he should have known. So tebow then becomes the polarizing back up qb that has both sides giving their spin on it.
Fast forward to today and this is essentially kaepernick. A polarizing back up qb that has sparked some craziness and by nature is a locker cancer because of the drama he brings.
And any franchise wanting to pave a road to the super bowl can do without a tebow/kaep back up qb that is a distraction to the focus of the ultimate goal.
So I still root for tebow, but it's is funny how this tebow/kaep type of sports professional seems to get both sides all worked up. Part of it is their fault but the other part is the craziness of the tebow/kaep fan-boys and all that brings
