Weeks ago, I was in the book and this old timer was talking Logano. He had him to win at 10-1, and again at 6-1, and he was adding 3-1 after whatever race.
So I threw 100 for him at +275.
My question as I am watching this, what they hell is going on. Does he have to win the race? What are these stages? Why do they keep stopping and such. Much appreciated any guidance offered.
