Conspiracy theorists worried about big brother putting electronic chips under our skin to keep track of everybody. They don't have to do that because everybody carries a cell phone and the government knows exactly where everybody is at all times.

Chinese put a chip in every Apple device it exported this year. There is a worse “big brother” than our government......
