Best and Worst National Anthems of All Time?

In the recent news cycle there was the debacle of drunken Ingrid Andress totally blowing the National Anthem at the MLB Home Run Derby. Listen with caution - it starts out "OK" but quickly derails into a kind of ear assault it's usually best to avoid:

So it got me thinking about what (in my opinion) is inarguably the best rendition of the National Anthem of all time: Whitney Houston at Superbowl XXV in 1991. This one still give me goosebumps:

There's no denying that the Star-Spangled Banner is one of the more difficult songs to sing - what are your picks for the (next) best and worst?
