I'm in pretty good upper body shape; but can't seem to get this beer gut down. I'm not obese by any means; I just haven't found the best exercise/method of getting it smaller. I do sit-ups everyday ..blah blah

I know this is a novel concept but one idea is to cut back on the beer.
And if that doesn't work maybe add a little endurance exercise so you burn more calories. I know it sounds a lot like hard work but if you count calories spent vs. calories consumed and have a difference of about 500 a day, you'll drop the weight in no time. 3500 calories = 1 lb. of body weight.Good luck
