They want me to input a verification code that they don't text me. I've chatted 3 or 4 times and am getting no where.

Day 4. MGM requested I send them a screen video of the problem. It's 2 seconds, from login to the message. Ghosted ever since.
Funny thing is, on DK last night after entering 4 digit code, I was prompted to enter a code being texted. Code cam to me in 1 second, entered it and was good to go.
Per MGM the message on my screen to add the code they claim to be sending, email support sends this Friday night:

I've reviewed settings, there's no place to control that that I can find. MGM's IT problems have been well publicized. I have too much $ for a balance. Going to start moving it out instead of being proud of a large balance.

Day 6. Nothing yet. The BetMGM AZ phone number has been discontinued (I got that from BetMGM NJ). In this day and age, no contact, via text, email or a phone call. It's like someone jacked the accounts, shutdown the office and fled to Tijuana...
This is so unacceptable on many levels. This all goes legit and we think we'll never have a problem getting paid because it's not a guy with a notebook that could get busted, leave or die. Think again. Why the fk would I not close this account immediately and go with any of 10 other options? Who's making decisions at BetMGM to think this is a way to do business?

I setup an account today since I’m in a legal state for them for about 6 months. I went to place my $1,500 “free bet” and it said my account is on hold lol. I reached out via phone and chat. Still nothing back after about 6hrs. I feel ya. Seems like a great app to bet through but definitely lacking on the customer service side on the online betting it seems.
