Again, without prior notice, BO is down again despite their top rating by multiple "independent" rating sites. BO deserves no better than a "C" rating, or a 6 out of 10 score. Some how they seem to be rated at no less than an A- or 9 out of 10 by "independent" rating sites. Don't believe the hype. They are mediocore at best but (in fact, do) pay for their "ratings". If it wasn't for the quick payouts & live wagering options, they would be a 2 out of 10 without a doubt. I have tried well over a dozen online sportsbooks and have been ACTIVE in the 'biz' for over ten years. I know what I am talking about. BO is bush league in terms of professionalism, timeliness, customer service, grading wagers, etc. Their payout system & live wagering (which is not the best) is the only reason to hold an account with them.

Are they back online for you? I have tried calling customer service a few times and have been on hold for an hour each time before hanging up. Slightly concerned as i have a fair amount of money on there.

You ever consider switching books? If so, give LVaction a shot. It's a pay-per-head site, so I was skeptical about it at first but my administrator has made it completely flawless, including deposits & withdrawals.
